Outwest Catering and the Pendleton Convention Center Please note that alcoholic beverages and services are regulated by the Oregon Liquor Control Commission. Outwest Catering reserves the right to refuse alcohol services to intoxicated or underage persons. Alcoholic beverages may not be removed from the premises. A 15% service charge will be applied to aII food and beverages sales (including hosted alcohol) A signed copy of the catering order and the service agreement should be returned to Outwest Catering a minimum of 60 days prior to the event or as stated in the contract. The signed contract with its stated terms and addendum (if applicable) constitutes the entire agreement between the client and Outwest Catering. Once your contract is signed it will guarantee you the prices agreed upon by both parties until the contract is signed. prices are subject to change. A guaranteed number of attendants is required a minimum of 7 business days prior to the date and time of your function, depending on the size of your event.. If the guarantee is not received as stated in our contract, Outwest Catering will charge for the number of persons specified in the catering order. The guarantee is not subject to reduction after 72-hour deadline. Increase in attendance given after the final guarantee deadline may be subject to additional charges. Outwest Catering will not be responsible or liable for serving these additional guests, but will do so based on availability of product. At our discretion, Outwest Catering will set and prepared to serve 5% - 10% over the final guarantee to maximum of 50 people. You will be charged if any of the overage is used for your guests. Payment of 15% deposit must be made 14 days prior to the event. Full Payment of remaining balance, based on the final guarantee, is due with the guaranteed attendance. Any Adjustments, additions or replenishment of the contract services will be reflected in a final invoice. Seventy-two inch round tables will be provided for aII meal functions and are subject to guest agreement with the Pendleton Convention Center. Outwest Catering provides wait staff for seated meals (one per 30 guest) and buffet meals (one per 50 guest). Additional attendants are available at $25.00 per hour/per server with a four hour minimum. Banquet prices include basic linen, glassware, china, and stainless flatware in inventory for seated meal up to 1000 guests. (may use disposable wares for back to back events) Event Decorations and props are used for a1I events. Outwest catering will use props and Decorate Buffet tables. Outwest Catering will make center pieces for tables if requested. We will want to make your event an event to remember. Return . . . |
